Delivery Timelines:
  • ELECMART endeavors to deliver orders promptly within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, delivery location, and unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or logistical constraints.
Delivery Charges:
  • Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and the weight of the package. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or for heavier packages.
  • No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for the home delivery.
Delivery Process:
  1. Order Confirmation: Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation Email / SMS containing order details and an estimated delivery timeline.
  2. Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  3. Dispatch Notification: Customers will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once the order is dispatched from our store.
  4. Delivery Attempt: Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  5. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery of high-value items.
Delivery Restrictions:
  • ELECMART currently delivers within Sri Lanka only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Delivery to remote areas or areas with limited accessibility may require additional time for delivery.
  • ELECMART reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
