Do you deliver all over Sri Lanka?
Yes, we offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery time usually takes 2–5 working days, may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Do you provide installation services?
At the moment, ELECMART does not offer installation services. Products are supplied only. Installation support should be arranged separately.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Most products include a replacement or service warranty as mentioned on the product page. Warranty terms may vary by product and brand.
How can i cancel my order?
- Log in to your account and go to “My Account” → “Orders.”
- Find the order you want to cancel.
- Click the “Cancel” button (if available) and confirm.
- If the cancel option is not available, contact us with your order ID and email, and our support team will assist you.
⚠️ Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
How can i modify my order?
Order modifications on Elecmart.lk depend on the current order status.
Before the Order Is Processed
If your order is still in Pending Payment or Processing status:
- Contact us immediately via the Contact Us page
- Provide your Order ID and the requested changes
(product change, quantity update, address correction, etc.)
We will try our best to update the order before it is packed or dispatched.
After the Order Is Dispatched
Once an order is marked as Shipped or Completed:
- Modifications are not possible
- Changes must be handled through our Refund & Exchange Policy after delivery
Common Modification Requests
- Change delivery address (before dispatch only)
- Add or remove items (before dispatch only)
- Cancel an order (before dispatch only)
Approval depends on order progress and stock availability.

How can i request for a refund?
- Log in to your account and go to “My Account” → “Orders.”
- Find the order you want to refund and click “Request Refund” (if available).
- Fill in the required details, including the reason for refund, and submit your request.
- If the option is not available, contact us via email or our support form with your order ID and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and notify you once the refund is approved.

How can i track my order?
You can track your order on Elecmart.lk even without logging in by using the Track Your Order page.
Steps to Track Your Order
- Visit the Track Your Order page on Elecmart.lk
- Enter your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
- Enter the Billing Email Address used during checkout
- Click Track Order
Your current order status and details will be displayed.
